About the Print
In the heart Of Laurie Lee land, in fact just next to the newly named Laurie Lee wood, Swifts Hill above Slad looks out towards the Severn and the meeting point of the 5 valleys that Stroud is at the centre of. A bitterly cold evening, hands turning blue, I sat and recorded the shafts of light that defined and illuminated the strong shapes of the Slad valley as the sun rapidly set.
