I had a great couple of days drawing rehearsals with the amazing Giffords Circus before they set off on their ‘Painted Wagon’ 2016 tour.
Giffords were so welcoming and to witness the individual skills of the performers melded into a cohesive, dramatic, hilarious ensemble performance under the direction of Cal McCrystal was brilliant to see.
This monotype is from drawings of the beautiful, white, Spanish horses, Jack and Cartuchio, ridden by Dan and Emma doing incredible things.
